Q: Where are the products come from? Is it suitable for Malay users?
A: All our product are carefully produced at strict quality control and all material are 'Halal' in order to fulfill Malaysian's demand.We have our own supplier at Korea to produce guaranteed quality and quantity for supply to all retailer & dealer around the world

Q: Can I bargain for cheaper price?
A: Sorry but no, the price shown is fixed but we do have promotions from time to time. You can also request for wholesale price if purchase 12 items & above. (Only applicable for 12 items per category:- 12 bags )

Q: Are the products preorder or ready stocks?
A: All the products are Ready Stocks. Why? We don't want you to wait so long for them. In fact we have many new arrivals every weeks and we have the most updated collections compared to other online shops!

Q: Do you have a physical shop I can purchase from?
A: Sorry we have warehouse but its not available for any walk in or self collect. All purchase strictly by online only.

Q: Is there a minimum purchase quantity I must buy?
A: No, you can buy at 1 pc only

Q: Can I have more discount if I purchase in bulk?
A: Yes sure, you can directly purchase at wholesale price if meet our wholesale requirement.

Q: How to know whether the stock are still available?
A: Its easy, you can check the status at each product as show at each product description. When the online catalogue shows "sold out", it means there is no stock currently. Otherwise, the item is available for you to purchase.

Q: How to know the measurement?
A: All available measurement is stated at the Description, you can see it after click the products. Its situated at below the product

Q: How to know whether the products have other color?
A: You can check it at the Related product,you can see it just below the product.

Q: How long for the reservation period for the item i ordered?
A: The Maximum reservation period is only 24 hours. Reservation will be cancelled without notice if payment is not made after 24 hours period.

Q: What happen if I place order but do not proceed for payment for a period of time?
A: Item that has been placed order will be reserved for 24 hours for further payment by user. After this period, the order would be cancelled and the item will be available for other customers to purchase

Q: How do I make payment?
A: You can  make payment to us through Online Transfer, Cash Deposit, ATM Transfer, or Paypal.

    Online Transfer - Make payment with online banking (E-Banking). Our company bank are Maybank , Cimb , Public Bank 
    Cash Deposit - Make payment at the local banks that we are using directly.
    ATM Transfer - Make payment with the ATM machine at at the local banks that we are using directly.

Q: What payment method is available?
A: We accept Maybank, CIMB bank, Public Bank, and PAYPAL (for international buyer).


Q: What should I do after make payment?

A : Kindly inform us at replicabag850&gmail.com once you make the payment. After checking, we will arrange the shipment as soon as possible.


Q: What about my balance if I pay more than the order amount because cash deposit does not accept RM1 note?
A: Your extra balance will be credited into your account, you can then use it for future purchase. All balance can be checked in your account after Log In


Q: What should I do if I make 2 payments with different amount for the same order? (e.g. I pay RM20 then RM30 again for a RM50 order)
A: No worries, kindly submit the payment notification based on your transaction. (e.g. one payment notifcation with RM20, then another one with RM30)


Shipment Enquiries


Q: What shipping method is available? How much is it?
A: For Malaysia, we are using POS LAJU. It is flat rate at RM5 for west Malaysia and RM8 for east Malaysia. It is flat rate no matter how many items you purchase.


Q: Do you provide COD?
A COD is not available in Lively Shoppe currently.


Q: When will my items be shipped?
A: Item will be ship out on the same day if payment is done before 11 am daily. Payment after 11am will be shipped out the following day.
When will I receive my items after payment is made?


Item will reach you in 2-5 working days (depends on location) after payment is made.
